Sure, a bulldog skateboarding but this is a little more up our alley. A Japanese family has created street food with more of an American tone lately, although I don't think New Yorkers would agree. Noriki Tamura and his wife moved to Vancouver in 2005 with a dream to open a sidewalk cart. His dream didn't pan out quite as he expected (he originally wanted to open a crepe stand), but Japadog carts have become a huge success in Vancouver, BC. People don't seem to mind waiting in line 40 people deep for pork sausages with nori shreds, teriyaki sauce, ...
