For years we have contemplated hosting the ultimate sushi eating showdown and 2010 proved to be the year to pull the trigger and make it happen. Why now? Well, it turns out that our guests are very loyal to particular Blue C stores so we decided we could add an extra layer of interest by having eating contest winners from each store compete against each other for the ultimate bragging rights.
